Privacy notice

Last updated: 29 October 2026

This notice explains how GCD Coaching collects and uses your personal data when you visit this website or get in touch. It is written to meet the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for clients in the UK, the UK GDPR.

Who is responsible

GCD Coaching – Gabrielle Durisch, Poststrasse 1, 8903 Birmensdorf, Switzerland. Email: gabrielle.durisch@gcdcoaching.com.

What I collect

  • Details you send through the contact form or by email or phone: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
  • If you become a client: information needed to arrange and invoice coaching, and notes from our sessions.
  • Basic technical data recorded when you visit the site, such as your IP address and browser type, for security purposes.

How I use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call.
  • To deliver coaching, speaking or advisory work you have agreed to, and to invoice for it.
  • To keep the website secure and working properly.

I do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Under the UK GDPR, I rely on your consent (for enquiries), on the contract between us (for coaching) and on legitimate interests (for website security).

Who else sees it

Only the service providers needed to run the site and the business: website hosting (Cloudflare), the contact form service (Formspree) and email (Google Workspace). The website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit. Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland or the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to coaching are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for our work together and for any legal or tax requirements, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing me. If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
