Gabrielle Durisch
I've been there. I understand. And I believe there's always a way forward.
After 25+ years working in global organisations, including senior executive and C-suite leadership roles, I've learned that success is rarely a straight line.
I've built my career across finance, strategy, sustainability and business transformation, working with international teams, advising senior executives and navigating the complexities of large corporate organisations.
Along the way, I've experienced the realities that don't always appear in leadership books: the pressure to deliver, the complexity of workplace relationships, the challenge of difficult decisions and the isolation that can come with seniority. These experiences have shaped my approach to coaching.
My path
Early career
Qualified as an accountant in London and built a strong foundation in finance, entering the corporate world somewhat naïve to all it entails.
Relocation to Switzerland
In 2006 I moved to Switzerland for a role at a European HQ: a new country, a new language and a new life, all while navigating a career transition.
Executive leadership
A career in global corporations, first as a consultant and then in insurance, working across 60+ countries with teams, stakeholders and boards.
