- Do you coach in English?
- Yes. I'm British and English is my mother tongue, so all coaching is in English, whether you're an international professional in Zurich, a leader in London or working anywhere else.
- Is coaching in person or online?
- Both. I meet clients in person in Zurich, in London by arrangement, and online by video for clients anywhere. Clients can mix the two depending on what's most convenient for them.
- What happens in the discovery call?
- It's a free, no-obligation conversation of about 30 minutes. We talk about where you are now, what you'd like to change and whether coaching with me is the right fit. You'll leave with a clearer sense of your next step either way.
- How long does a coaching programme last?
- Most programmes run six to eight sessions over three to six months. Each one is tailored, so the length depends on what you want to achieve.
- How much does coaching cost?
- Fees depend on the programme and its length. I'll share clear pricing after our discovery call, once we know what you need.
- Can my employer pay for coaching?
- Yes. Many organisations fund coaching for leaders and high-potential employees. I'm happy to agree objectives and invoicing with your company while keeping our conversations confidential.
- Is coaching confidential?
- Yes. What we discuss stays between us. If your employer sponsors the coaching, we agree upfront what, if anything, is shared with them.
- What is the O.C.Me framework?
- O.C.Me (Observe, Calibrate, Map, Explore) is the coaching framework I developed. It helps you understand where you are today, recognise your strengths and resources, map out your options and take practical steps forward. More about O.C.Me
- What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
- Coaching focuses on your present and future: goals, decisions, careers and transitions. It isn't a substitute for therapy or medical support, and I'll suggest other support if that would serve you better.
